The Best Penn Fishing Equipment

from:

For seventy-five years, one company has dedicated itself to becoming the number one angling equipment manufacturer. That company is known as PENN, and since 1932, they have designed and manufactured some of the most durable and respected fishing equipment on the market. PENN fishing equipment has set the standard within the market for what quality equipment should be.

PENN was founded by Otto Henze after he left another company to start his own. In 1933, he developed two types of reels that soon became the best known and most widely used saltwater reel of its time. Since the beginning, PENN fishing equipment has shown quality, durability and ingenuity. Today, the same can still be said about PENN's line of fishing equipment.

Currently, PENN produces a long list of several different kinds of fishing equipment. Usually they focus on developing stronger rods and better reels, but they are also not limited to this. PENN provides an array of accessories as well to keep your rod and reel healthy. PENN also develops a line of special trill reels for commercial rigs and large scale fishing operations. PENN fishing equipment is designed for effectiveness and durability, but their lines of items are also sleek and stylish.

PENN fishing equipment also has the consumer's well being in mind. PENN has a line of clothing and other protective gear to help protect the wearer from foul weather. These fabrics consist of water-resistant materials that keep you dry whenever that storm rolls in. These items are tough and can stand up to the test of time, but that's what PENN has always been about.

PENN also creates fishing line as well as rods and reels. Their research and development has severed them well, for PENN fishing line is about as good as it gets. However, most of PENN's products have the saltwater fisherman in mind. The fishing line that PENN manufactures is specifically for saltwater, big game, fishing; but, if you're going to go fishing in the sea, PENN fishing line is ideal.

PENN also dedicated itself to making sure that the user has the opportunity to keep his or her equipment in top condition. With the help of other companies, they developed a series of cleaners and lubricants to make sure that your PENN reel performs at its optimum level. Also, preservation is a must, especially when dealing with saltwater, and therefore they created a special rust inhibitor to make sure your PENN reel stays as good as new.

PENN fishing equipment has always had the consumer in mind, and will well into the next century. It's dedication and passion that has made PENN the biggest name in fishing.
